The Quantum Q24C's small diameter power and data cables are easy to route through tight spaces, and allow an easy radar upgrade, using the same bolt pattern as previous generations of Raymarine radars. Solid-state technology (no magnetron) allows improved efficiency and rapid start-up.

With an efficient and lightweight design, the Quantum Q24C weighs 50% less than traditional magnetron radars and offers safe emissions thanks to Quantum's low-power solid-state radar transmitter.
